Wahoo! Blue Easter Eggs!

So this morning we had an easter egg hunt where Jackson had to pick up all of the eggs and put them in his pail. It was a lot of fun. The very first egg he found was the blue egg. It went right in his mouth. Because it was a colored egg, thats exactly where the blue dye stayed...on his mouth! haha it was pretty fun. Here are some pictures of our hunt.

Preparations for Easter

So today we started preparing for Easter by coloring eggs and also painting Jackson's Easter pail. We had a lot of fun, Jackson even helped put the eggs in the cups, and he tried to help paint, but of course he wanted to eat the paintbrush. First here are the pictures of painting the pail.

Portland Job Fair

So this last weekend we went to Oregon for Andrew to go to the Teacher Fair in Portland. We flew into Portland and then we drove down to Medford to stay the weekend there and on Monday Andrew set up a couple of interviews with Medford and Central Point School Districts, then we went up to Portland and he had a lot of really good interviews, but because of budget cuts the districts arent hiring much yet. So we will find out more here at the end on May.

We stayed two days in Portland and the second day there we just hung out in Portlnad going to a couple of different places like the OMSI and saw the exhibit on DaVinci and Powells bookstore which is huge. Not just like "borders at the local mall" huge but like "the size of the mall where borders is at" huge! It was awesome to see tons of old and new books! We ended up buying Jackson a couple of books which he absolutely loves!

I think the most ironic thing was that while we were in Oregon it didnt rain at all, even while we were in Portland! But as soon as we landed in dry Utah it was pouring rain! haha
