A weekend update

We had a fun weekend. We went to Grandpa's house so he could meet Easton. He was very excited to see him- another Great Great grandson for him. He said that Easton is a very good looking kid. Then he pointed to me and said that he gets it from me! It was pretty funny. When I told him that Easton's middle name is Clyde he said that was swell! (Clyde is grandpas name). Grandpa didn't want to hold Easton this time, but maybe next time he will.
Then we ran some errands. Jackson has been asking about putting up a Christmas tree for the past week. He kept telling us that we need a "big, big one!" for the living room and a "little one" for his bedroom. We found this little tree at Hobby Lobby for only $4 so we got it for the kids room and let them put it up.

After the older two were in bed, Andrew Easton and I were hanging out. Easton started giving us smiles but every time I tried to get a picture he would make a funny face. I was able to catch one smile though.

Finally Updated the blog!

Our poor little blog has been so neglected lately. I updated it today with 5 new posts so make sure to scroll down and see all of the posts.

Random pictures and a sneak peek of Easton's newborn pics

Here are some random pictures of the past couple of days. Jackson always wants to play cars with Easton. A couple of days ago he was talking to Easton.
He said: "Want to play cars with me Easton?" (waits for response) "Yes!! The cars are tiny like you!!"
Evidently cars make the perfect toy for a newborn. Haha. So last night Jackson lined up his cars so they could play together. It's cute to watch both Jackson and Kenadi with Easton. They LOVE him and Easton loves them back. He is always so relaxed around Jackson and Kenadi, even when they are giving repeated kisses or moving his arm in an awkward way (we do try and stop these things, kids are fast little buggers though).
He loves holding Easton
Easton looks super red in this picture. Hes not really THAT red
My kids are weird and were eating the onion that I chopped up.
and kept eating it
and said it was Way good!

And a little preview of our pictures that Emily took. More to come soon. Check out Emily's website here

Happy Halloween!

We had a quiet Halloween but the kids had fun. About a week and a half before Halloween we carved pumpkins. They really enjoyed doing that!
They were so so SO excited to wear their costumes on Halloween. Jackson was "Captain Hook" and Kenadi was Minnie Mouse. They looked adorable! Andrew took them around our little neighborhood to trick or treat. We figured that they didn't need too much candy.
